A lifelong Maryland resident, Erica has an in-depth understanding of the local market, while her Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation allows her to serve clients with a global real estate vision. Her sales career began in 2015, transitioning from operations and purchasing management into real estate, quickly establishing herself as a driven and knowledgeable professional. With a passion for culture and travel, she has expanded her reach by joining the Maryland Association of REALTORS® Global Business Committee and the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA, DC Chapter).
