Meet Samantha
Samantha Keifline is a Sales & Operations Associate with the Erica Baker Group, where she supports both Erica and clients with structure, continuity, and thoughtful execution throughout the transaction process. She plays an active role in supporting the group’s open houses, assisting with property showings, and supporting transaction coordination, with a growing scope of client-facing responsibilities within the Erica Baker Group. Based in Central Maryland, Samantha has lived on both the Eastern and Western Shores of the Chesapeake Bay, giving her a broad perspective on how location, lifestyle, and long-term value intersect across the
region.
Before transitioning into real estate, Samantha built a decade-long career in law enforcement, serving as both a dispatcher and police officer. That experience shaped her ability to remain composed under pressure, communicate clearly, and manage complex details, skills that now play a critical role in both client-facing support and the operational side of real estate.
Samantha’s path to real estate was intentional. Prior to joining the industry, she was a longtime client of Erica’s, having bought and sold multiple homes under her guidance. That firsthand experience gave her a deep understanding of the preparation, advocacy, and level of care clients expect when working with the Erica Baker Group.
Outside of real estate, Samantha is a dedicated, high-commitment runner and values an active lifestyle shaped by the communities of the Chesapeake Bay region. She brings the same discipline, focus, and consistency to her work, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage of the process.
